Avril D.
Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga
A mindfulness-led teacher guiding students toward curiosity, compassion, and reconnection.
Avril teaches yoga as a practice of returning home to yourself where the mind, body, and breath reconnect. After years on a path that looked right on paper but left her feeling burnt out and disconnected, yoga became a turning point in her life, evolving from a physical outlet into a deeper spiritual practice and guiding philosophy.
Her classes draw from the four foundations of mindfulness and invite students to move with curiosity and compassion rather than performance and perfection. Avril has been teaching full-time since 2021 across studios, gyms, corporate spaces, and internationally in the Philippines.
In addition to her yoga training, she is completing a meditation and mindfulness certification and is board-approved health and wellness coach currently preparing for her national board certification (NBHWC).
