Barre & Mindfulness

Originally introduced to yoga for the physical movement and now a lifelong practitioner for the holistic mind-body experience, Berenice teaches the same learnings of yoga that have meant so much in her life. Building on 7+ years of dancing ballet/pointe, Berenice completed her Barre certification in May of 2025 and is excited to continue sharing what she loves.

Vinyasa & Retreats

BFA from Arizona State University in Dance; she continues to dance, choreograph, and perform. Practicing yoga since 1999, she began teaching in 2005 and started leading retreats in 2012. A nurturer by nature, Danae is highly skilled at providing adaptations where all abilities are honored and challenged.

Sound Bath & Philosophy

A 500hr-RYT certified yoga instructor who has been teaching for four years. Her classes are a safe space for students to come back home to their bodies, breath, and the present moment. Classes incorporate the philosophy of yoga and the neuroscience that coincides with the practice.

Candlelit Soulful Somatic Release

Karen teaches Candlelit Soulful Somatic Release on Tuesday evenings at 7:15. She brings playful energy, blending humor, music, and movement with Kundalini and somatic-based practices. Her approach includes modern beats, traditional mantras, guided meditation, and fascial release, suitable for everyone. Karen has completed 220-hour Kundalini and 150-hour pregnancy yoga training.

A 500hr RYT, runner, hiker, surfer, climber, skier, and mover of all kinds. Her yoga journey began 12 years ago at a dance studio in Massachusetts. She trained in San Francisco with focuses on Vinyasa, Hatha, Bhakti, and alignment-based schools of yoga.

Josie is a 200-hour RYT with over five years of experience guiding students through energizing and empowering vinyasa yoga. Known for her fast-paced yet intentional teaching style, Josie encourages students to connect breath with movement while exploring what feels best for their unique bodies.
